Anthony Antonello, MD, FACS

Dr. Antonello joined Riddle Eye Associates in 1989. As a board certified ophthalmologist, He practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a special interest in cataract and cataract surgery. He completed medical school at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and residency training in ophthalmology at West  “Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia in 1989.

Dr. Antonello’s commitment to his community isn’t merely as an ophthalmologist, but also as a concerned, involve citizen. He takes part in local activities and is an active member of his church. In his spare time Dr. Antonello coaches youth baseball.

In addition to Riddle Memorial Hospital, Dr. Antonello is on staff at Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Fair Acres Geriatric Center and Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, PA. Dr. Antonello is the current Chief-of-Ophthalmology at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Caitlin Cassey

Dr. Cassey joined Riddle Eye Associates on September 26th 2016.

Caitlyn Cassey received her Doctorate in Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Satus University.  She Attended Saint Joseph’s University on a Presidential Scholarship and received her Bachelors Degree in Biology with a Minor in Business Administration.

Dr. Cassey is a member of the Chester Delaware County Optometric Society, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.  Dr. Cassey is interested in primary optometric care and specializes in contract lenses.

Dr. Cassey was born and raised in Delaware County and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Dr. Cassey routinely sees patients at Fair Acres to perform eye exams for the residents.

Dr. Suzanne Pesce

Dr. Pesce comes from a family of caregivers. Medicine has always been a part of her dreams. She graduated from Dartmouth College as a mathematics major and continued on to medical school in Washington, DC at George Washington University School of Medicine. Her residency in ophthalmology was completed at MedStar Health Georgetown/ Washing Hospital Center in 2000 and was board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 2001. Since then, she has provided care in both academic and private practices. Dr. Pesce taught residents as an assistant clinical professor at both the University of Rochester and Duke University before moving to Philadelphia area in 2007. She saw patients at Bloom Eye Associates in the Roxborough area of Philadelphia for 13 years. Dr. Pesce joined Riddle Eye Associates part time in 2016 and became full time in 2022

 

Dr. Pesce is a comprehensive ophthalmologist providing medical and surgical management of diseases of the eye, with a focus on cataract surgery. She prides herself in listening to the patient and believes that medical car is most successful when the doctor and patient work together as a team. She firmly believes that educating her patients about the eye and about their eye disease helps ensure the best outcomes for maintaining vision.

 

Outside of the office, Dr. Pesce has two children, two dogs, and two cats that fully occupy her free time. Spending time outdoors and traveling help keep balance in her life
