Edward A. Jaeger, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Jaeger has been with Riddle Eye Associates since 1989. Prior to that time, Dr. Jaeger was practicing ophthalmology for more than 20 years in partnership with Dr. Peter Palena at the Media Clinic in Media , PA and at Riddle Memorial Hospital . As a board certified ophthalmologist, he practices comprehensive ophthalmology. Having completed medical school at the University of Pittsburgh and a tour of duty with the Navy as a flight surgeon, Dr. Jaeger completed his residency training in ophthalmology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia , PA in 1964. He joined the Riddle Memorial Hospital medical staff in 1964.

In addition to Riddle Eye Associates, Dr. Jaeger is Professor of Ophthalmology and is on staff at Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Wills Eye Hospital, Fair Acres Geriatric Center, and as a consulting ophthalmologist at Elwyn Institute in Media, PA. Dr. Jaeger no longer performs major ocular surgery.
