Billing Info
Because of the added cost of billing, we ask that all office visits be paid by cash, check, or credit card at the time of service. You will be given a receipt for your insurance company.
In the case of Medicare patients, we accept assignment and will submit the insurance for you. Medicare patients are only responsible for the deductible portions of their coverage. The physicians will bill for the patients’ visits if we are participating in their insurance company.
IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES A REFERRAL AND THE PATIENT DOES NOT BRING IT WITH THEM AT THE TIME OF VISIT, THEN THE PATIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BILL.
Any balance that remains after we have received payment from the insurance company will be billed to the patient.
